- Students who face any kind difficulties in communication or otherwise due to languages may join special coaching for spoken English/Hindi language.
- Students may avail special Railway concession for study tours as per the rules of Indian Railways.
- Girls having domicile of Chhattisgarh State and any student belonging to Schedule Cast, Schedule Tribe are exempted from payment of tuition fees for graduate, post graduate and M. Phil. courses.
- Children of University Employees and Daily wagers (continuosly working for more than five years) are exempted from payment of tuition fees for Diploma, Graduate, Post graduate and M. Phil. courses.
- Visually impaired students of Chhattisgarh State are exempted from payment of tuition fees, examination fees and hostel room rents (Please see regulation no. XXIV). However, refundable caution money has to be deposited by the concern student.
- Differently able students (other than visually impaired) of Chhattisgarh are exempted from Examination fees only.
- As per the university rules, visually impaired students are provided with writer and extra time during the written examinations of the University.
- After getting the regular admission, Student must submit the library membership application form for availing Library facility of the University. On the basis of the application form, library membership card will be issued to the student. Books are issued through University Libraray Card only.
- ICCR scholarship holder candidate will be exempted from the University Aptitude test for admission.
- As per the directives from U.G.C., the eligible SC/ST/OBC, Specially/differentially-abled students etc. should submit their scholarship form with in the due date to respective department for the academic year for processing scholarship.
