- Applications are not accepted for the session 2023-24, because admission is closed.
- सत्र 2023-24 के लिए आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे, क्योंकि प्रवेश बंद हो गये हैं।
- Admission Form is available on the University website www.iksv.ac.in. Click on NEXT for it.
- प्रवेश फॉर्म विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट www.iksv.ac.in पर उपलब्ध है। इसके लिए NEXT पर क्लिक करें।
- University follows the directives issued by Dept. of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh for admissions in academic year 2023-24.
- शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24 में प्रवेश हेतु उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा जारी निर्देशों का पालन करता है।
- Applicant should read all the rules regarding admission carefully before submitting the admission form.
- प्रवेश हेतु जारी आवेदन-पत्र भरने के पूर्व, आवेदक प्रवेश सम्बन्धी सभी नियमों को ध्यान पूर्वक पढ़े।
- Applicant should fill the admission form only after ensuring that they have the necessary qualifications for admission.

- Applicant themselves will be responsible for rejection of incomplete admission form.

- After successful submission of admission form, it is mandatory for applicant to attend the aptitude test to get admission in concerned programme.
- आवेदन-पत्र सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने के बाद, संबंधित पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश पाने के लिए आवेदक को अभिरुचि परीक्षा में भाग लेना अनिवार्य है।

- On the basis of performance of the candidate, the departmental admission committee will declare the admission list and last date for submission of the required admission fee.
- आवेदक के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर विभागीय प्रवेश समिति प्रवेश सूची एवं अपेक्षित प्रवेश शुल्क जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि घोषित करेगी।
- Admissions related formalities and other important dates will be communicated through notification published on Notice Board and University website www.iksv.ac.in
- संबंधी औपचारिकताओं और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण तिथियों की सूचना नोटिस बोर्ड और विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट www.iksv.ac.in पर प्रकाशित अधिसूचना के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
- As per admission list selected candidates must complete all the formalities regarding admission before the last date.
- सूची के अनुसार चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को अंतिम तिथि तक अनिवार्य रूप से प्रवेश संबंधी सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी करनी होंगी ।
- After completion of admission procedure students must attend the classes.
- प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद छात्रों को कक्षा में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है।
- Except the students of the 1st year, other students will be notified separately about the admission procedure and the last date of depositing their respective admission fee. Last date of admission will be communicated to the candidate separately.
- वर्ष के छात्रों को छोड़कर, अन्य छात्रों को प्रवेश प्रक्रिया और उनके संबंधित प्रवेश शुल्क जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि के बारे में अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा। प्रवेश की अंतिम तिथि की सूचना अभ्यर्थी को अलग से दी जायेगी।
- Admission will be given only according to the seats prescribed for admission in the concerned department of the University.

Age Limit (आयु सीमा)
As per the Department of Higher Education, Government of Chhattisgarh letter no. F 17-95/2017/38-2 dated 15.08.2021, the upper age limit for admission to all the programmes and courses have been relaxed.
उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के पत्र संख्या के अनुसार। एफ 17-95/2017/38-2 दिनांक 15.08.2021, सभी कार्यक्रमों और पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट दी गई है।
Aptitude Test (अभिरुचि परीक्षा)
Elementary information related to their concerned subjects will be asked to the candidate during the aptitude test. Based on candidate's performances, merit list will be prepared and recommendations will be made.
अभिरुचि परीक्षा के दौरान आवेदक से उनके द्वारा आवेदित विषय के सन्दर्भ में प्राथमिक जानकारी से सम्बन्थित प्रश्न पूँछे जाएंगे । तदनुसार योग्यता परीक्षा में प्रदर्शन के अनुरूप मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार कर अनुशंसा की जाएगी। अभिरुचि परीक्षा के दौरान संलग्न दस्तावेजों की मूलप्रति जाँच हेतु साथ में लाना अनिवार्य है।
List of the Documents required for admission (प्रवेश के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की सूची)
i. Keep scanned copies of the documents as required pdf/.jpg/.png format
दस्तावेज़ों की स्कैन की गई प्रतियों को आवश्यक रूप से pdf/.jpg/.png प्रारूप में रखें
ii. Scanned documents should not exceed size of 100kb/file
स्कैन किए गए दस्तावेजों का आकार 100kb/फ़ाइल से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए
iii. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

iv. Latest Photograph of the candidate in jpg/png format
जेपीजी / पीएनजी प्रारूप में उम्मीदवार की नवीनतम तस्वीर
v. Signature of the candidate in jpg/png format

vi. 10th and 12th or equivalent mark-sheets in pdf format
10वीं और 12वीं या समकक्ष मार्कशीट पीडीएफ फॉर्मेट में
vii. Final Year Graduation Level Marksheets (in case of seeking admission in PG Program) in pdf format
अंतिम वर्ष के स्नातक स्तर की मार्कशीट (पीजी कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश पाने के मामले में) पीडीएफ प्रारूप में
viii. In case of gap(s) between sessions, an affidavit from a competent authority in pdf format.
सत्रों के बीच अंतराल के मामले में, पीडीएफ प्रारूप में एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी से एक हलफनामा।
ix. Latest Cast Certificate issued from the competent authority in pdf format

Code of Conduct (आचार संहिता)
i. University will not allow any such student for admission, whose conduct is not conducive to the traditions and academic environment of the University.
विश्वविद्यालय ऐसे किसी भी छात्र को प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं देगा, जिसका आचरण विश्वविद्यालय की परंपराओं और शैक्षणिक वातावरण के अनुकूल नहीं होगा।
ii. If required, the subject can be changed only once, with the approval of the concerned Head of Department of the main subject and the permission of the Head of Department of the changed subject. The time limit for changing the subject will be one month from the date of depositing the fee. After that no subject change will be permitted.
यदि आवश्यक हो तो मुख्य विषय के संबंधित विभागाध्यक्ष के अनुमोदन एवं परिवर्तित विषय के विभागाध्यक्ष की अनुमति से केवल एक बार विषय में परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है। विषय बदलने की समय सीमा शुल्क जमा करने की तिथि से एक माह होगी। उसके बाद किसी भी विषय परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
iii. B.F.A., M.F.A., B.Voc., B.P.A. and M.A. courses offered by Faculty of Arts are not available for private students/candidates.
बी.एफ.ए., एम.एफ.ए., बी. वोक., बी.पी.ए. और कला संकाय द्वारा प्रस्तावित एम.ए. पाठ्यक्रम निजी छात्रों/उम्मीदवारों के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।
iv. In case if any diploma student has discontinued his studies in the middle of a session or failed in the examination, then the concern student will not be eligible for re-admission in the same course as a regular student. However, above is not applicable in the case of foreign/ NRI student.
सत्र के मध्य में डिप्लोमा का अध्ययन छोड़ने वाले तथा अनुत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों को उसी पाठ्यक्रम में पुनः नियमित प्रवेश नहीं दिया जावेगा। किन्तु विदेशी / अप्रवासी भारतीयों के लिए यह नियम लागू नहीं होगा।
v. A candidate having one master’s degree will only be allowed to appear in another master's degree as a private candidate only.
एक मास्टर डिग्री वाले उम्मीदवार को केवल एक स्वाध्यायी उम्मीदवार के रूप में अन्य मास्टर डिग्री में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी जाएगी।
vi. If any student is unable to complete the course in the given time period, then in the next session that student will not be given admission as a regular candidate. Every student (regular and private) has to complete the exam of diploma, UG and PG level within a time period of five years compulsorily.
यदि कोई छात्र निर्धारित समयावधि में पाठ्यक्रम पूरा नहीं कर पाता है तो अगले सत्र में उस छात्र को नियमित परीक्षार्थी के रूप में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जायेगा। प्रत्येक छात्र (नियमित एवं निजी) को डिप्लोमा, स्नातक एवं स्नातकोत्तर स्तर की परीक्षा पाँच वर्ष की समयावधि में अनिवार्य रूप से पूर्ण करनी होगी।
vii. University accepts the degrees/diplomas/certificates awarded by the UGC/AIU recognized Universities and or institutions governed by the Government of India or the State Governments.
विश्वविद्यालय यूजीसी/एआईयू मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालयों और भारत सरकार या राज्य सरकारों द्वारा शासित संस्थानों द्वारा प्रदान की गई डिग्री/डिप्लोमा/प्रमाण पत्र स्वीकार करता है।
